In most cases, fees are charged by an hourly rate, with a retainer paid in advance. I am happy to answer any questions regarding how I set my fees. I provide free office consultations where I only charge for my time if you should hire me, as this is often a critical meeting for the representation of you as my client. I rarely quote fees over the phone, as I believe it is important for me to meet a potential client and thoroughly understand the case before I set a fee. I do accept payment plans in some instances.
